Terms of Use

By accessing or using Brand Voice Builder (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Brand Voice Builder helps you organize information about your business, your audience, your positioning, your brand voice, your communication preferences, and how you want AI to work with you. It generates a Brand Voice & AI Context Guide and related materials designed to help you give better context to AI systems you already use.

The Service produces documents. It does not connect to, configure, or control any third-party AI platform on your behalf.

The Service uses AI to help interpret, organize, and synthesize the responses you provide. AI-generated interpretations and summaries can contain errors, omissions, or wording that doesn't reflect what you meant.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your guide and any AI-assisted content before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it. Review steps in the app are there to help reduce incorrect interpretations, but they do not eliminate the possibility of error.

We cannot and do not guarantee:

• identical or consistent results across different AI platforms
• any specific business outcome, revenue, lead generation, or performance result
• the accuracy of output produced by any third-party AI tool
• that any AI tool will retain or “remember” your guide between sessions
• compatibility with every AI platform, model version, or feature

Your guide is designed to work with AI assistants that accept uploaded files or pasted context. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any AI provider.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing generated guides and AI output before using them, and for how you use the materials you create with the Service.

Your responses may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers in order to deliver features. Do not enter:

• passwords or login credentials
• financial account numbers or payment credentials
• Social Security numbers or government identification numbers
• protected health information
• confidential customer, client, or employee records
• trade secrets or other material you are not comfortable processing through third-party services
• other highly sensitive personal information

Keep your guide focused on your business, your voice, and how you communicate.

Your content. You keep all rights you already have in the business information, answers, writing samples, and files you submit, and in the Brand Voice & AI Context Guide generated from them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit that content in order to operate the Service for you — including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to build or market other products.

Our platform. The Brand Voice Builder application, its software, question sets, document templates, copy, design, logo, and branding remain the property of its owner and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Service and your own generated guide; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or its proprietary materials.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• attempt to access another user's account or data
• probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or attempt to compromise the Service or its infrastructure
• submit content that infringes someone else's rights
• upload malware or attempt to abuse AI features, including automated bulk misuse
• resell or redistribute the Service without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Service relies on external providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, and AI processing, and it is intended to be used alongside third-party AI platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. See our Privacy Policy for who is involved and why.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation, and features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Please keep your own copy of any guide that matters to you — downloading your guide is the best way to do that.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or reliance on AI-generated output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
