Questions, answered plainly.

Common questions

It's the context AI is missing about you. One short document that says what you do, who you serve, what makes you different, how you sound, and what you never want said on your behalf. You build it once and bring it into your AI workflow again and again — so you stop re-explaining your business from scratch.

No. Every question asks about things you already know — what you sell, who buys it, and how you talk to them. Plain English, no jargon, no wrong answers. If you can explain your business to a friend, you can do this.

Choose Quick Start if you want something useful today; it can be completed in about 20 minutes for many users, especially with voice input. Choose Deep Dive if you want a thorough guide covering audience, channels, values, boundaries, and samples — you can complete it one section at a time.

Yes. When you continue into Deep Dive, overlapping answers from Quick Start are pre-filled automatically and nothing you already wrote is lost.

It's designed to work with the AI tools you already use — the exported PDF and Word files aren't tied to any platform. Upload the file or paste the AI Instructions block into assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others that support uploaded files or pasted context. We aren't affiliated with those companies, and each one handles uploaded context differently, so results will vary.

You can start without an account — those answers stay in your own browser only. Once you create a free account, your answers are stored in that account and protected by database access rules so only you can read or edit them. Nothing you write is published or shown to other users. Some features send your answers to third-party AI services for interpretation, synthesis and voice transcription — our Privacy Policy explains exactly what goes where, and no system can be called completely secure.

No. Remove names, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, contracts, employee details, passwords, and anything proprietary before pasting writing samples. Your guide should describe how you communicate, not hold private data.

Yes, and you should. Your brand voice is a living document. Come back whenever your offers, audience, goals, or style change, then re-export the updated guide.
